Professional High-Grade Equipment

Here at Dance FX we've researched and invested heavily to provide only top-notch professional grade sound and lighting equipment for your event. As well as great performance, this approach means that we have a lot of flexibility to ensure that we can match our service offering to both your specific needs and the venue's dynamics.

From loud bass-rich audio for a full-on 18th birthday rave through to a minimalistic system for a small country house wedding, and a range of lighting options to suit the mood, we can confidently handle any type of event in any venue. Our equipment is always fronted by a classy booth frontage so that we blend unobtrusively into your function room. We carry lots of spare equipment in case of a last-minute problem.

For the larger event our industry-standard equipment can be easily extended with hired PA or lighting, and this same level of flexibility also allows us to connect into "in-house" systems at those venues who already have sound or lighting equipment installed.


Audio & PA

Our main playout system comprises Pioneer CDJ1000 MkIII's and/or Denon DNS1200 CD players through an Allen & Heath Xone 42 mixer to a selection of RFC522, Mackie SRM450 and Mackie SRM350 active tops with/without dBTech Opera active subs to suit the venue.

Available for backup, we carry Kam KCD400 mp3-compatible CD players, a Denon DNX120 mixer and a Behringer DJX700 mixer.


Lighting

Lighting is a selection from: Mad Scans, Mad Spins (with dedicated controller), Mad Power Flower, Acme ImpossibLED, Acme Dynarolls and a Kam Starcluster laser. To add to the atmosphere we also offer LED-based UV panels and a Chauvet Bubble King machine. All of our equipment is fronted by a Deckstand Booth Pro with a tailored star cloth.
